New virus confirmed infection of women in their 40s and preschool girls in Osaka City February 28 22:39
Osaka Prefecture has announced that two pre-school girls, women in their 40s and their children in Osaka, have been newly infected with the new coronavirus. The two were a family of men in their forties who became infected on the 27th, and four cases have now been confirmed in Osaka Prefecture.
According to Osaka Prefecture, the two men visited a medical institution in the prefecture as a male close contact on the 27th, and a positive result was confirmed on the 28th.
A woman in her forties had symptoms of sore throat and cough on the 19th of this month, but she has no symptoms.
They are currently hospitalized at a medical institution in Osaka Prefecture.
Four people have now been confirmed to be infected with the new coronavirus in Osaka Prefecture.
