[Explanation] On February 28, Li Zhiying, the founder of One Media Hong Kong, was arrested by the Hong Kong Police's Hong Kong Island District Crime Squad at his apartment in Ho Man Tin, Hong Kong, and taken to the Kowloon City Police Station for further investigation. On the same day, former member of the Legislative Council, Li Zhuoren, and former Chairman of the Hong Kong Democratic Party, Yang Sen, were arrested by the police at their homes in Mei Foo Sun Chuen and Baguio Bay respectively. The Hong Kong Police Force's Hong Kong Island Regional Commander, Chief Superintendent, Huang Dongguang, introduced the case at 12 noon that day. The police charged the three men on August 31 last year for allegedly participating in an illegal assembly and will be held on May 5. Eastern Magistrates Court.

I am now briefing the media on an unauthorized build-up and a criminal intimidation case. The case was investigated by the Third Squad of Hong Kong Island Region. Earlier today, we arrested three local men, aged 63-72. They were suspected of participating in an unauthorized assembly that took place on August 31, 2019, between Wan Chai District and Central District. Violation of Chapter 245 of the Laws of Hong Kong. Article 17 of the Public Security Regulations. The three are now being charged separately and will be heard in the Eastern District Court on May 5 this year.
