Integrate the opinions of some front-line experts with those of the rear. As I said just now, new (crown) pneumonia itself is a new disease. Everyone has different views on the treatment method, so through such discussions to reach a consensus. Second, we can exchange experiences between the other two forwards (medical teams), because they are both forwards. Although they are all in Hubei Province, they usually do not communicate. Through the video exchanges in these three places, learn how they do it and improve together.

[Explanation] At the scene, the Wuhan and Jingmen teams showed the details through slides. The experts from the multidisciplinary department of infection and respiratory medicine discussed the cases one by one. Pan Konghan, who attended the consultation in Wuhan, is the director of the Department of Critical Care Medicine at Shaw Run Hospital, and the fourth batch of Zhejiang Province medical team members to go to Hubei. He believes that remote consultation brings professional support and also increases confidence for frontline staff.

In our work, we encountered some problems or some difficult issues, and we definitely need someone to come and discuss with us and solve them together. Well, this is the headquarters we usually cooperate with. Everyone is familiar with it and the communication is relatively smooth. Today, such a remote consultation is of course a great encouragement to us psychologically or morale. From a clinical perspective, these problems encountered here (Wuhan) and those encountered in Jingmen need to be discussed together. Then there are so many experts in our headquarters that can give us a strong and strong support.
