Suspected to be related to the "831 illegal assembly" in 2019.
At about 7 am on the 28th, the Hong Kong Police Severity Investigation Unit went to Lai Chi Ying's apartment for investigation. It is understood that Li Zhiying was suspected of participating in an illegal rally on August 31, 2019, and criminal intimidation of journalists in June 2018. Li Zhiying was arrested on the spot and taken to the Kowloon City Police Station for questioning.
