A study published in the British Daily Mail newspaper concluded that walking like sport does not lose weight, striking the wall with all the concepts that have been established for decades.

The study, conducted at Brigham Young University in America, that the secret to maintaining an ideal body lies in the food intake and the calories it contains, as weight loss depends only on those calories.

She noted that walking 10 thousand steps only burns 500 calories, which is equivalent to a meal of large French fries from fast food restaurants, and that cutting distances on foot is not sufficient to ensure the thinnest body.

Also, there is no specific amount of walking to prevent weight gain on its own, but the whole matter depends on the amount of food eaten and the calories it contains.
