In the United States, the most powerful country in the world today, there is a nomination of presidential candidates from the ruling parties - from the Republican and Democratic.

Nominations began three weeks ago in Iowa; elections will be held on November 3 of this year.

What do we have today?

No serious Republican politician has challenged Donald Trump. He will undoubtedly be a Republican candidate.

The fact is that Trump won his republican front - the resistance of the republican establishment even before his first presidential election, but Bernie Sanders only has to do this in relation to the establishment of the Democrats ... Or fail to do this.

Meanwhile, it is not the banal Biden who successively emerges as the winner in all primaries of the Democrats, but Professor Sanders.

And Sanders causes the same horror among the leaders of the Democratic Party, which at one time caused the leaders of the Republicans Donald Trump.

Bernie Sanders is 78 years old, of which he has been involved in politics for 50 years, that is, he ate a dog in this matter. Sanders is a senator from Vermont. In your home state, wake the voter in the middle of the night: “Who will you vote for, man?” - 70% of voters will name Bernie Sanders.

Over the years of his political career, Sanders has proven not only to the state of Vermont, but throughout America, his political viability. However, the same number of voters opposes him. Therefore, the pitchfork on the water wrote the results of the November 3 vote.

In addition, the main thing in the American election campaign is to enlist the support of the largest number of electors.

The phenomenon of superdelegates, poorly known in Russia, closely adjoins the phenomenon of electors. This is when leaders (in this case, the Democratic Party) have much greater rights. Democrats have 15% of such superdelegates. In addition to the features already mentioned, it should be recalled here that the Democratic Party is characterized by its clan structure.

The Kennedy and Clinton clans are widely known, for example. Obama was a henchman of the Clinton clan, if anyone does not know.

In short, there is a huge danger that Democratic leaders will try to make Democratic presidential candidate quite average Joe Biden, and not too left Sanders.

Let's take a closer look at the professor. "A Jewish boy from Brooklyn," American newspapers write about him.

By the standards of the United States, Professor Sanders is impossibly left.

See for yourself:

- he advocates a minimum wage of $ 15 per hour;

- requires a sharp increase in taxes for the rich;

- Demands to establish additional financial burden on corporations;

- Sanders wants to use the money taken from the rich to support the most vulnerable segments of the population.

Sanders says education should be free. This attracts students (after all, they are now leaving universities with debts and loans accumulated during their studies).

Medical assistance should be free. It attracts the poor.

It is clear that against the left ideas of the “Jewish boy from Brooklyn” (he is now 78 years old, Trump is 73 years old), a fierce struggle is already being waged and will be waged. But it seems that for the first time in many years at the presidential election in November 2020, two Americas will clash face to face: the left in the person of Professor Sanders and the extreme right in the person of Donald Trump - the billionaire.

And which one will win?

To me personally, the November 3 elections will be inexpressibly interesting if the extreme right Donald Trump and left Bernie Sanders fight in them, they are complete opposites.
