The American actor Johnny Depp attended a court session in London the day before yesterday, to hear his lawyer claim that his ex-wife, actress Amber Herd lied when he accused him of beating her in statements reported by the British newspaper "The Sun".
Deep, 55, the star of the "Pirates of the Caribbean" series, The Sun, and its chief executive editor Dan Wooton, are suing for defamation because of an article Wootton wrote in 2018 describing Deeb as "a man who beats his wife."
