Iraq has stopped granting entry permits to its territory to arrivals from seven countries infected with the emerging coronavirus. The Iraqi Foreign Ministry spokesman said in a press statement today, that the decision, which remains in effect until further notice, includes foreign arrivals from China, Iran, Thailand, South Korea, Japan, Italy and Singapore.

And that the decision excludes Iraqis from these countries, diplomats working in diplomatic missions, and official delegations, provided that they are subject to the preventive examination measures established by the Ministry of Health.
