"On February 10, when I saw about 19.6 million yuan of funds missing from my account, I was in despair for a time, and my spirit almost collapsed.

"I never expected that people from the Jiangning Public Security Bureau could not fly by plane or high-speed rail. They drove almost half of China. On February 21, they received a phone call from the police handling the case saying that the case was broken and all the economic losses were recovered. I can't believe this is true. When I saw the photos of the seized money, my family and I cried ...

"A thousand words is thanks, thank you leaders, thank you for such a good police team. This huge amount of money has been recovered. My company has been saved and can resume work and production. I must lead the company to contribute to social and economic development. Thank you again, Mayor! "

On February 24, Han Liming, Mayor of Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province, and Commander of the New Crown Epidemic and Joint Prevention and Control of the City received a letter of thanks from the chairman of a private enterprise.

The reporter of "Legal System Daily" learned that the Jiangning Branch of the Nanjing Public Security Bureau only took 11 days from receiving the report to detecting the case. In the meantime, the police overcame various difficulties such as traffic obstacles during the epidemic, moved more than 4,000 kilometers, and arrested the suspect Zhan Moumou in Guiyang, Guizhou.

On the evening of February 10, Jiangning Police received an alarm from Jiangsu Yiboxi New Material Technology Co., Ltd., saying that more than 19 million yuan in the company's account had been transferred during the Spring Festival, and the company was facing great difficulties in resuming production. As the case occurred at the critical stage of the resumption of production and production of the enterprise, the amount of money involved was huge, and the owners of the enterprise were anxious.

Chang Heping, deputy director of the Jiangsu Provincial Public Security Department and director of the Nanjing Municipal Public Security Bureau attached great importance to the case. The Municipal Bureau dispatched a team of criminal investigation, cyber security and other departments to join the Jiangning branch to form a task force. After initial investigation, the task force found that the company's video surveillance had been artificially closed and destroyed due to the late reporting time, and the surveillance images were severely missing. The company's financial computer information was completely emptied, making investigation and evidence collection difficult.

The task force first tracked internal staff and the flow of funds. It was found that the company's chief financial officer, Somou, lost contact after the incident, his personal belongings have been evacuated, and his office has been cleaned. He is suspected of major crimes. After in-depth investigation, the task force found that Zou Moumou's true identity was Zhan Moumou. In 2012, Zhan Moumou was sentenced to 7 years in prison for embezzlement. At that time, the crime was very similar to this case.

In May 2019, Zhan Moumou forged his academic credentials and used the identity of Somourum to enter the company through online recruitment. After joining the company, Mr. Zhan was a chief financial officer of the company. During his tenure, he acted diligently and diligently. In order to facilitate the crime, he even suggested that the person in charge of the company modify the company's financial fund output approval system.

On February 17, after several days of fighting in Shenzhen, Changsha and other places, the task force found Zhan Mou in Guiyang and immediately rushed. After three days and nights of continuous rain squatting, the suspect Zhan Moumou was arrested on the morning of February 21.

At the same time, the task force found various types of wigs and a large number of fraudulent identity documents in Zhanmou's apartment, and seized US dollars, Hong Kong dollars, and Renminbi cash stolen money in its carry-on luggage, which was converted into more than 19 million yuan in RMB. .

After investigation, during the Spring Festival, Zhan Moumou stole the company's corporate account U-Shield and transferred the account funds multiple times according to the password he had previously learned, totaling more than 19 million yuan.

Due to the inconvenience of traffic during the epidemic prevention and control, in order to ensure the safety of personnel and stolen money, and minimize contact with the people along the way, the police handling the case took a drive back to Nanjing. On the afternoon of February 22, after nearly 26 hours of arduous travel, Zhan Moumou was escorted back to Nanjing by police.
