A recent study conducted at Harvard University showed that eating certain foods controls fertility and sperm production in men, which greatly affects their reproductive ability.

The researchers revealed that those who eat a diet rich in fish, chicken, fruits, vegetables, and water produce the largest possible number of sperms with a large size of their testicles, unlike those who eat red meat.

The results, published by the British newspaper Mirror, come after analyzing the health and eating habits of 2,935 Danish men, with an average age of 19 years, during the admission examinations for military service.

The results of the study, published in the journal JAMA Network Open, show that vegetarians usually rank second when it comes to measuring the size of the testicle and sperm. As for those who eat the scandy diet of dairy and smoked fish, they ranked third, and those who eat fast food have a clear fertility.
