The "Plan" clearly defines "anti-input, non-proliferation, anti-infection" as its core objectives, "station congestion, train full load rate" as key control indicators, and "time segmentation, personnel classification, and regional classification" as its main objectives Means, strengthen overall planning, improve mechanisms, compact responsibilities, and effectively manage urban rail transit operations during the epidemic, and strictly prevent the epidemic from spreading through urban rail transit.

Each station develops a special passenger flow control plan, and the normal flow-restricted stations add 5 to 10 diverting forces per station. Stations of the entire rail network network are equipped with stationary thermometers and handheld thermometers in stages. Passengers whose body temperature is higher than 37.3 ℃ are discouraged, and they are guided to the quarantine area for temporary isolation, and the stationmaster on duty informs 120 in time to handle according to the prescribed procedures.

All operating units strengthen disinfection and ventilation of stations, trains and office areas. All stations are ventilated at maximum ventilation. Divide the risk level by area, perform disinfection regularly at a level not lower than the guidance standard of the health department, and post signs at prominent locations. Each subway station maintains ventilation for 22 hours, and the online train maintains continuous ventilation with maximum air volume.

Set up a quarantine area near each station security checkpoint

The "Proposal" requires that public health and personal protection knowledge, the order of passengers to enter the station are widely publicized in passenger information systems, station broadcasts, and new media platforms for enterprises, and passengers are reminded to wear masks during the subway ride. Relevant industry departments will organize supervision and inspection of the implementation of epidemic prevention and control measures and operational organization measures.
