Client of Sino-Singapore Jingwei on February 25th (Gao Xiaoyi) February 25th was the 30th day of Zhang Shuang's arrival in Wuhan, and she was also one of the earliest medical personnel to assist Wuhan. From the day of the first day of the new year when the hospital was notified of support for Wuhan, the city ’s nucleic acid testing inventory of clinically diagnosed, suspected, close contacts, and fever patients has been completely cleared. According to Zhang Shuang's words, every day in Wuhan Like in "fighting", the whole process is only experienced by frontline medical staff. Zhang Shuang told the client of Sino-Singapore Jingwei: "The national disaster is in the lead, and the husband is responsible. He will come when he is recruited.

Interviewed: Zhang Shuang, Nurse, Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Reporter: At that time, how many medical staff did you go to Wuhan to support? How is it screened?

Zhang Shuang: We are the first batch of medical teams supporting Wuhan in Liaoning. The first batch consisted of 137 people. Among them, there were 5 people in our affiliated hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, including two doctors and three nurses. At that time, the notice was issued on the evening of the first day of the new year. I was still on the night shift at the hospital and asked to leave for Wuhan on the early morning of the second day. The time was very urgent, but everyone volunteered to register. I have been working for 12 years. As a backbone nurse in the hospital for several years, I feel that I must be able to live up to this honor and responsibility at this time, and to do something for Wuhan, I did not hesitate to sign up for this In support of the operation, I haven't thought much about it.

Reporter: Did your family support at the front line?

Zhang Shuang: After I signed up for the name, I was afraid of my parents ’fear. I did n’t tell my father about going to Wuhan until the early morning of the second day of the second day, and I told him not to tell my mother, because she was too sick. If you really ask it, you are going to study, just do n’t say go to Wuhan. Of course, she also knew later. Although she was worried, she also supported me.

In the first two days in Wuhan, I was so busy that I did n’t have much time to video with my family. Later, I finally took the time to report to them that they were safe. When they saw that the conditions of our hotel were good, they were single rooms. Three meals a day are also very rich, so I feel relieved.

At that time, I saw many netizens complaining about being bored at home, but for you, the "boring home" is the place where our front-line medical staff miss day and night. Hope the epidemic will pass sooner!

Reporter: What scene did you see after coming to Wuhan?

Zhang Shuang: After getting off the plane, we didn't see anyone on the way from the airport to the hotel. There was no car, which made me feel that Wuhan was far worse than we thought. We were supported by several hospitals under the Caidian District People's Hospital in Wuhan. At that time, hospital wards such as the Maternal and Child Health Hospital had been requisitioned as fixed-point fever wards. After two days of protective training, these wards opened at 4 am on the fifth day, and 17 fever patients were admitted that day. By 10 am the next day, all 30 beds in our ward were full.

Medical staff delivering meals to patients

This disease was a mystery to everyone at the time, so many inpatients will develop anxiety and cannot eat, which will actually greatly reduce their immunity and is not conducive to their recovery. Therefore, we continued to enlighten and comfort them, and let them cooperate to eat. Some patients promised verbally but did not eat, so we stood by them, watched him finish eating, and then put away the lunch box. go.

The pace of work is very fast every day, although the hospital will also provide lunch for our medical staff at noon, but sometimes it is really too busy to eat, and it is too busy for more than two o'clock. Hours are about to go to work, which is equivalent to wasting your protective clothing within a few hours. So all we have is to eat more in the morning and then insist on having dinner after work at night. Because people are limited, everyone is very tired. When you rest, others will have more work and time will not wait for others, so you would rather sacrifice some of your time.

It has been a month since I arrived. Although I am very tired every day, the nerves that are highly stressed during the day make me unable to sleep at night. In order to ensure that I have enough sleep, I usually take some medicine to help me sleep.

Reporter: Are the supplies sufficient?

Zhang Shuang: When I first came, it was really in short supply. Everyone took out the masks they brought with them when they came to let everyone use them together. Materials are now more abundant than before, but even with materials, in order to save time and reduce the probability of infection when putting on and taking off, we try to use one shift, one protective suit, one goggles, one mask, and one wet urine. We knew during training that protective clothing is very dangerous in the process of taking off, and it must be taken off slowly and carefully. This process is also very time consuming, so under the condition of limited manpower, we try not to If you change it, you can save materials.

I have to wear protective clothing, goggles and a mask every day this month . The longest time is about ten hours, which makes me feel chest tightness and shortness of breath. My nose and face are still not able to adapt to the pressure caused by the mask. The skin is often I was struck by bleeding. Although the hospital provided hydrocolloids to prevent skin injuries, I always felt that the masks would not be suitable for my face, so I could only bear the pain and continue to wear.

Reporter: Seeing that you also cut your hair to fight the epidemic, is it necessary to do so?

Zhang Shuang: Hair cutting is completely my personal voluntary behavior. On the third day after I came to Wuhan, several of our nurses and colleagues cut each other in the dormitory together. My hair is very long, and I can go to the waist after staying for more than ten years. This makes me uncomfortable wearing protective clothing, including masks, goggles, and hats. Too much hair will hit the hat and neck. Department, sometimes broken hair can not cover the "run out" of protective clothing, which increases the risk of infection. At the same time, the hair grows, and it takes a long time to wash each time, which is also a waste of time. So even if you are reluctant to cut it, you have to cut it for safety and convenience.

Long work hair cut off

However, it is not necessary to cut it too short, because I found that holding the earhook of the mask with the handle of the milk carton can greatly ease the pain of pulling the ear. If the girl has a little hair tied behind it, it can just hold the strap , Make the mask and face more fit, the effect will be better.

Reporter: What is the situation of patients being treated over there? Are medical staff infected?

Zhang Shuang: The situation is getting better and better. From the beginning of everyone's panic and anxiety to the present methodical. At present, our department has discharged 7 batches of people, about 6 people in a batch, about 40 in total, and more and more people are cured and discharged. We have not heard of any infections in our medical staff.

Reporter: What things have made you remember this time?

Zhang Shuang: The biggest feeling is always being moved by people around me. Whether it ’s the patient or the local medical staff, or these people in the hotel, they are especially good for us. There are also some enthusiastic citizens who will always donate things to us, including bread, milk, instant noodles, and Zhou Hei duck. They drove over by themselves and left, leaving some without their names. There are also many people who are silently doing a lot of things that moved us. They brought local Huishan milk, Dalian Wafangdian apple, Anshan Nanguo pear and so on.

Enthusiastic citizens' messages

I remember once when I was delivering meals to patients in the ward, an aunty told me, "Girl, wait for me to be ill, you can show me or show me a picture of you, I want to see me What a life-saving benefactor looks like. " After hearing this, I felt instantly that the pain in my face with the mask was really nothing.

Seriously, no matter how tired each of our medical staff is, we can become excited as soon as we arrive at the hospital every day. A few days ago, a comrade in the intensive care group finally told me the good news of "exchanging the patient out of the patient for three consecutive days", and when he said that, his frowning expression reminded me of how he saved a patient. After 15 consecutive minutes of cardiopulmonary resuscitation, his entire protective suit was soaked when he came down. A big boy just squatted on the ground and gasped for a long time, but after he got up, he just said lightly "wear this It's really a bit tiring to wear clothes for CPR. " In fact, there is no angel in white in the world, it's just a group of young people learning from their predecessors and grabbing death. (Zhongxin Jingwei APP)
