A study published in the specialized journal "Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism" indicated that breakfast plays an important role in fat burning and weight loss as it stimulates the metabolism process.

The study noted that the "big" breakfast is more beneficial than the small meal in terms of burning calories.

As it revealed that eating a larger breakfast and a smaller dinner helps reduce appetite throughout the day, while eating a small breakfast increases the appetite during the day, especially for sugary foods.

The study indicated that the key to interest is a process called Diet Generated Thermal (DIT), which indicates the amount of energy (calories) that the body uses when digesting food and transporting nutrients.

Thus, the study joins a group of other studies that link breakfast to weight loss.
