Recently, if a monkey in Tang Town often runs around in Xuanwei City, Yunnan Province, the villagers are worried that the monkeys may scatter everywhere, which may spread the epidemic situation, so they choose to call the police and ask the forest police to deal with it.

After receiving the police, the police of Xuanwei Forest Public Security Bureau were fully armed to deal with it. When the police arrived at the scene, they found that the little monkey refused to leave when they saw something in the villager's home. The villagers were worried that the monkey would spread the epidemic, but they did not dare to force them out, and they were afraid to hurt the little monkey. The police conducted a careful "physical examination" of the little monkey. No injuries were found, the temperature was normal, and the vital signs were normal. Subsequently, the little monkey was taken by police to the Xuanwei Wildlife Rescue Station for "forced isolation observation".

After identification, this monkey is a national second-level key protected animal macaque. At present, because the epidemic situation has not yet been resolved, and there is no condition for release, macaque monkeys will be temporarily placed in rescue stations and will be released to nature after the epidemic situation is resolved.
