[Live sound] Heal patients

Thank you, thank you to all the medical staff of the Second Xiangya Hospital. Thank you, thank you for your life-saving grace.

[Explanation] On February 23, 11 patients with severe neo-coronary pneumonia were cured and discharged from the Tongji Hospital Affiliated to Huazhong University of Science and Technology. The medical team of the Second Xiangya Hospital of Central South University who held the rescue mission held a short discharge ceremony for them and presented them with flowers. The discharged patients held up their hands and thanked the medical team. Among these discharged patients, 83-year-old Yang Rong (pseudonym) is the oldest and the only critically ill patient. She had symptoms of respiratory failure when she was admitted to the hospital. The doctor gave her antiviral treatment, respiratory support and nutritional supplementary treatment to rescue her and successfully cure her.

The most important thing for her to recover is the delicate treatment of our medical staff and the delicate management of our nursing. Another patient's own confidence and compliance with treatment, I think these aspects are the most important points for patient recovery.

[Explanation] At present, among the 50 critically ill patients treated by the medical team of the Second Xiangya Hospital of Central South University, no death has occurred. Eleven of them met the discharge standards, most of the remaining 39 patients had been converted to mild disease, and three patients with critically ill patients had stabilized.

After the critically ill and critically ill patients come, first we will have a basic supportive treatment, and then the most important thing is a respiratory supportive treatment for the patient. First of all we may be general oxygen inhalation, if not, we may need high flow oxygen inhalation, or respiratory support treatment, or even intubation ventilator treatment. Another is the management of the whole body situation, including comprehensive treatment of each system and each organ.

[Explanation] With the development of the epidemic, the treatment of critically ill and critically ill patients has become a key and difficult point to reduce the mortality rate. Liu Xianling, the leader of the medical team of the Second Xiangya Hospital of Central South University, said that the key to the treatment of critically ill and critically ill patients is to move forward through the gate and pay close attention to the condition. If it is found that there is a possibility of severe illness developing towards critical illness, effective measures should be given in advance to prevent further deterioration of the condition.

Passing the barrier is actually paying close attention to the patient's condition. Once we find some indicators such as blood index, body temperature, general condition, and even CT, once we find that the patient is likely to develop into (critical) severe illness, at this time we must (use) some effective means, including high flow (oxygen inhalation) If we don't, we will be non-invasive. If we are non-invasive, we will be invasive. Therefore, try to move some means forward, try not to develop into critical illness, critically ill patients should let him have a reversal process.

[Contemporary] Liu Xianling said that specific treatment plans should also be implemented, mainly to provide respiratory support, anti-virus, anti-infection, nutritional support and other treatments to help patients restore immunity and defeat the virus.
