In the program Musique! on Europe 1, Maxime Le Forestier, French singer-songwriter with more than 50 years of career, returned to the tribute message sent to him by Jean-Jacques Goldman during the Victoires de la musique 2020.

"Thank you Maxime, thank you for all those songs that accompany our lives. I would also like to salute the great guitarist, the iconoclast who went from acoustics to synths, to world music just by passion", began Jean-Jacques Goldman. Before continuing: "I would like to salute the songwriter, who nevertheless went around the world with the songs of another, your incredible adventure George Brassens. So for all that, thank you."

A message that touched the recipient a lot. "It struck me that Jean-Jacques Goldman came out of his silence to say such nice things about me," says Maxime Le Forestier in Musique!, At the microphone of Emilie Mazoyer. "I know that we like each other, that we respect each other, but really I didn't think he would come out of his hole for that," he laughs.
