According to the association for the defense of animals which posted the video on Tuesday, this man is a veterinarian practicing in Vironvay, near Louviers (Eure). The structure therefore decided to file a complaint, as did the owner of the dog, who was greatly shocked by these images, reports Paris Normandie .
"Following this video, we entered the veterinary order, we filed a complaint with the Evreux prosecution with suspicion of the name of the veterinarian accused of ill-treatment on animals," explained Stéphane Lamart, the president of the eponymous association , whose remarks are reported by La Dépêche Louviers . He also explains that neighbors were able to film the scene from their home and that several years ago, “the Brigitte Bardot Foundation had already filed a complaint for cases of ill-treatment for which this veterinarian had been acquitted, for lack of evidence no doubt. "
"I have never cried so much"
After the complaint was filed by the association, an investigation was opened. The gendarmes are currently carrying out investigations to try to understand what happened. For its part, Noah Suzanne, the owner of the dog, is deeply shocked by these images.
The latter therefore decided to file a complaint. "I recognized him immediately on the video," he said. It's worse than horrible! I have never cried so much like this in my life. I went to pick him up directly at the clinic and the veterinarian was not there. I got it very, very dirty. But luckily, it seems to be going well. I still took him to another veterinarian to make sure he has nothing, ”he concluded.
