Former president of Moritomo Gakuen, Yasunori Kagoike (67) and his wife Junji (63) have subsidies of 170 million yen for the construction of elementary schools and the operation of kindergartens in the country, Osaka Prefecture and Osaka City. The Osaka District Court sentenced Kagoike to a sentence of five years in prison in a trial charged with fraud and other charges for cheating too much.
He also sentenced Junko to three years in prison and five years in prison.

He was found guilty of deceiving the subsidies of Osaka Prefecture and Osaka City for the accused junko.

Both prosecutors were seeking seven years in prison.
