“The more we hear you, the more we wonder if Piotr Pavlenski is not just the performer and you are the manipulator. Thank you for still being our guest live on BFM TV and on RMC. It was with this sentence that journalist Apolline de Malherbe concluded her interview with Juan Branco, a lawyer for Piotr Pavlenski, on Monday morning, in the context of the Benjamin Griveaux case. A tense interview that caused a lot of reaction on social networks, many viewers calling it "dependent". Some have even announced that they have sent reports to the CSA. Like Juan Branco.

Apolline de Malherbe denounced to the CSA. I'm not a big fan of Juan Branco, but this interview was by far the most foul-smelling and focused I have ever seen. #GriveauxVideo pic.twitter.com/y13a4DsJzg

Contacted by The HuffPost, the lawyer confirms having seized the CSA: “The end of the interview constitutes a form of accusation, and a very serious attack on the presumption of innocence. She accuses me of being behind this case without any evidence. And she closes the interview on it, so she forbids me to answer. It is a very serious charge relating to the commission of an offense. My report relates mainly to the end of the interview, but the end is informed by the rest of the interview. It was an adversarial interview. ”
