Shibuya's "Apoden" robbers arrested 4 Tokyo District Public Prosecutors charged no charges

Last year, the Tokyo District Public Prosecutor's Office dismissed four men arrested for breaking into an elderly couple's house in Tokyo's Shibuya Ward for taking cash and causing injury.

In January of last year, a man in his twenties rushed into a house of an elderly couple who had been abandoned by an "Apo Den" asking how much cash they had in Hatsudai, Shibuya-ku. Four were arrested by the Metropolitan Police Department last September.

The Tokyo District Public Prosecutor's Office has ruled out no charges against all four persons.

Prosecutors have not disclosed the reason for the disposition.
