Voices within the Conservative Party in Britain accuse several British media, such as Channel4, The Mirror and BBC, of being biased. The government has also chosen to boycott several of their news programs, something that Cultural News has previously reported.
Recently, the government announced that several media houses were not welcome at a review for political reporters, which led to all reporters leaving in protest.
Now the UK government has set up an investigation to look at how the BBC's public service company should be funded in the future. Today, the TV channel is financed by means of a television license.
