Tuesday, February 4, during the traditional annual State of the Union address given by Donald Trump to Congress, in the House of Representatives, the American president ostensibly avoided shaking hands with Nancy Pelosi, the president House Democrat.

When the speech was over, the latter, who was traditionally standing behind him next to Vice President Mike Pence, ripped up his copy of the presidential speech in a spectacular gesture.

Mexican press cartoonist Dario Castillejos talks about this news. Born in 1974, he drew for the newspaper El Imparcial de Oaxaca, for the weekly El Chamuco and for the magazines Courrier international and Foreign Affairs Latinoamerica. Dario also collaborates with the agencies CagleCartoons.com, CartonClub, and Cartoon Movement. Currently, he is the president of Cartonclub, the club of Latin American caricature.
