Season 11 of the culinary competition will return on February 19 to M6 with its share of surprises: an amateur cook among the candidates and a new chief judge. In fact, Jean-François Piège will give way to Paul Pairet, three-star chef at the conceptual restaurant Ultraviolet in Shanghai. He will officiate alongside Philippe Etchebest, Hélène Darroze and Michel Sarran.
