It was the security manager of the confederation who announced this Wednesday. In Nice, Saint-Lô and Tours, CFDT premises were degraded after demonstrations of "yellow vests" or unions opposed to the pension reform.

This Monday, in the multi-union premises of the Departmental Union of Nice, inscriptions were made on the panel of the CFDT ("Keep the flock, change the shepherd", "Social traitors"). The departmental union CFDT confirmed having filed a complaint.

The acronym CFDT crossed out to inscribe "Medef"

On January 23, during a national interprofessional day organized by the unions opposed to the pension reform (CGT, FO, FSU, Solidaires, Unef, etc.), the CFDT had already been targeted in another multi-union local, in Saint -Lo. His sign was scratched and "Medef" was inscribed instead, according to the same source. When questioned, the police stated that they "were not aware" of these facts.

Saturday, during a demonstration of "yellow vests" in Tours, CFDT premises were tagged with inscriptions "yellow vests" and "anticapitalist". In Paris, the CFDT headquarters suffered two intrusions, on January 17 and 20, from opponents of the reform, including the "SNCF-RATP coordination" and CGT Energy unions.

The CFDT supports a universal points system, but "not as is" current text proposed by the government, said Laurent Berger, secretary general of the CFDT.
