Alicia Keys and the Boyz II Men pay tribute to Kobe Bryant at the Grammy Awards
The death of Kobe Bryant has not only changed the world of sport. The Grammy Awards were held at the Staples Center this Sunday evening. This is the room where the Los Angeles Lakers, the team in which the late basketball player has spent his entire career, play. The ceremony therefore paid tribute to him. The presenter of the evening, Alicia Keys, invited on stage the group Boyz II Men to interpret Cuz I Love You , as relayed by CNN.
“We never imagined that we were going to have to start the show like that. So we wanted to do something that could transcribe a little what we are feeling at the moment. It's for you Kobe, ”she said to an emotional audience.
