After two visits to the gendarmerie of L'Isle-Jourdain (Gers), a 53-year-old motorist is summoned to the Auch criminal court in March for an appearance on prior admission of guilt (or to plead guilty).

At the origin of the story: an ordinary traffic control, January 7. It was still early in the morning, but the motorist had a blood alcohol level that flirted with 2 grams per liter of blood.

Summoned to the gendarmerie on January 14, the man did not seem any more in a normal state. Logical, since he had an alcohol level of 1.92 grams per liter of blood. He admitted, however, that he had gone to the brigade by car.

It was during his second convocation, on January 22, that the Gersois was served with his future appearance before the prefecture court of the department.
