His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council, issued Council Resolution No. (4) for the year 2020 regarding fees for practicing some real estate activities for members of the “National Mediator” program.

The decision stipulated that a fee of one thousand dirhams be collected from the members of the program instead of five thousand dirhams for the issuance of licenses for the brokerage activity in the activities of buying and selling and renting real estate, as well as the activity of the rental service and the management of private real estate, as stipulated in items (11) and (12) and (18) From Table No. (1) attached to Executive Council Resolution No. (25) for the year 2009 regarding the approval of fees and fines for the Real Estate Regulatory Agency.

Decision No. (4) for the year 2020 from the date of its issuance, and is published in the Official Gazette.

It is noteworthy that the “National Mediator” program approved by both the Real Estate Regulatory Agency of the Department of Lands and Properties in Dubai, and the Mohammed Bin Rashid Establishment for the Development of Small and Medium Enterprises of the Department of Economic Development in Dubai, aims to enhance the role of citizens of the state and motivate them to pursue the profession of real estate brokerage, so as to raise The level of their participation in one of the most important economic sectors in Dubai, which is the real estate sector.
