Vladimir Putin, Emmanuel Macron, Mike Pence, American Vice-President, Prince Charles: Israel welcomes Thursday, January 23, forty leaders to mark the 75th anniversary of the liberation of the Nazi camp of Auschwitz (in Poland) by the Army Red and join forces against anti-Semitism. A ceremony is organized at Yad Vashem, the Holocaust memorial in Jerusalem.

Polish President to be absent, however, between Poland and Israel over charges of
complicity of some Poles during the Holocaust. Poland to hold its own commemorative day on 27
January, at the Auschwitz memorial, the site where more than a million people, mainly Jews, were killed.
Six million Jews were exterminated by the Nazis during the Second World War.
