The World Health Organization website explained that the new corona virus, which threatens the lives of many in China, and may spread globally, is a large group of viruses that can cause a range of diseases ranging from a common cold to severe acute respiratory syndrome, which may lead to Death.

Corona virus began to spread in Asian countries and reached the United States.

The main symptoms of the virus are fever, cough and shortness of breath, and there are less common symptoms such as acute pneumonia and diarrhea. According to the United Nations, the transmission of human virus infection occurs mostly in health care settings.

Therefore, caution should be exercised when visiting hospitals, because the virus is transmitted through direct contact with infected persons, through droplets from them or by touching surfaces contaminated with the virus, and a muzzle can be worn while going there. Because no vaccines are currently available to protect against new coronavirus infection, the treatment available is supportive and depends on the patient's clinical condition.

According to the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the risk of infection can be reduced by doing the following:

1- Be sure to wash hands with soap and water regularly, and teach children to do so. In the absence of soap and water, alcohol-based antiseptics can be used, and it is worth noting that, according to international advice and guidelines, the period of time required to wash hands thoroughly is estimated at twenty seconds.

2- Avoid touching the hands, eyes, or nose with the hands before washing them well, as mentioned above. Avoid direct contact with people infected with the Coronavirus or suspected cases of this virus, and refrain from kissing these people as well as not sharing drink and food containers.

3- Be sure to wash the hands of doors and frequently used things by others, and clean them with general disinfectants. Avoid eating foods, especially uncooked meat, and avoid eating prepared foods with a low level of hygiene, especially when traveling. Ensure that fruits and vegetables are washed well before eating, especially when traveling. See a doctor if symptoms of severe respiratory symptoms or fever appear within fourteen days from the moment they return from travel.
