Nihon University Rugby Member Arrested for Possession of Cannabis Police Search Club Dormitory January 20, 11:50 PM

A member of the Nihon University Rugby Club, a member of the Rugby Kanto University League Division 1, was arrested for possessing cannabis, and the Metropolitan Police Department searched for a dormitory located in Tokyo.

Hiroaki Higuchi, a member of the Nihon University Rugby Club, was arrested.

According to the investigators, on May 18 on a street in Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, he was allegedly in violation of the Cannabis Control Law for possessing cannabis.

When a police officer asked him a job, he said he had found cannabis.

He has accused him of using it himself for the investigation.

The Metropolitan Police Department searched the rugby club dormitory in Inagi, Tokyo, shortly after 10 am on the 20th.

Nihon University Rugby Club is a prestigious team with a history of more than 90 years, and belongs to the Kanto University League Division 1.

The Metropolitan Police Department is going to look into detailed information such as the route to get it.
