As of this Friday, the city of Marseille has decided to set up the procedure for the designation of agents to provide the school catering service, in order to counter the ongoing mobilization in schools against the pension reform, said the municipality in A press release.
This procedure makes it possible to "requisition" the agents declared as strikers, who are forced to work to provide this service, disrupted since December by a strike notice which runs until February 6. "These documents will be issued by bailiffs mandated by the city," said the municipality in this press release.
