Demi Lovato will return to the stage at the Grammy Awards
Demi Lovato has just announced her return to the stage: the singer will perform at the Grammy Awards 2020. It will be her first performance since her overdose in 2018. "I told you that the next time you hear my voice, it would be because I sing, ”she posted on Instagram. Sober's interpreter will perform alongside Ariana Grande, Billie Eilish, Lizzo, Aerosmith, or Gwen Stefani. The ceremony will take place in Los Angeles on January 26.

Today I'm accepting this in honor of my mother who worked for minimum wage to give us a better life. As a working class first generation immigrant it's great to be recognized for my contribution. Having freedom to speak my truth and to do it through music has helped me speak for those who do not have those privileges. I will continue fight for those who are silenced or persecuted by others.
