In a remarkable development regarding the case of the murderer of "Nancy Ajram", the artist, the Appeal Public Prosecutor in Mount Lebanon, Judge Ghada Aoun, accused the husband of Nancy Ajram, Dr. Fadi Al Hashim, for the crime of killing the Syrian citizen Muhammad Al-Mousa, as it was reported by many Lebanese media.
The judge relied on Article 547 of Muftah on Article 229 (Punishment). The prosecution was referred to the first investigating judge in Mount Lebanon, Nicolas Mansour.
