The Prosecutor's Office in Lleida has requested two and a half years in prison on Wednesday for rapper Pablo Rivadulla, popularly known as Pablo Hasel , for an alleged fight with the witness of a trial for alleged injuries of a local police to a minor, friend of the singer , three years ago.

In the trial, which was held this Wednesday in Criminal Court 3 of Lleida, the alleged assaulted and the rapper have argued contradictory versions and the prosecutor has maintained the request of one year and nine months for obstruction of justice, for allegedly disseminating the image of the witness in social networks, and nine months for alleged threats, and has also claimed a fine of 7,560 euros for mild abuse .

Hasel has assured that the witness did not tell the truth in the trial three years ago, has acknowledged that he has participated in a social media campaign against this man and has said that he was walking with his dog when the man approached him, with threatening attitude and that to defend himself he kicked at what the other person responded by hitting him with an umbrella.

The complainant, on the other hand, has said that he was waiting for his daughter to leave school and Hasel approached him and asked if he was waiting for him , that he kicked him and said: "You testified against my partner ".

He has also said that Hasel and others made a campaign against him in September 2016 that he considers "unfair."

To questions of the prosecutor, the witness has said that Hasel told him that he would kill him, a fact that the rapper has denied in his initial and final statement.

For its part, the defense lawyer has considered that there is no evidence of the crimes of which Hasel is accused of asking for his acquittal.

In recent days, Hasel has written on social networks that, with his background, "any sentence would be added and imprisoned."

The National Court sentenced two years in jail and a day and a fine of 24,300 euros to the singer for the crimes of exalting terrorism, with the aggravation of recidivism, and insults and slander against the Crown and State Institutions for extolling member figures of the terrorist bands ETA and GRAPO on their Twitter profile.

In 2018, the National Court of Appeal Court reduced the sentence of two years and one day in prison for which he was sentenced to 9 months and one day in jail, understanding that, although he committed the crime of exalting terrorism and insults and slander against the Crown and the State Institutions, the legal minimum should be applied because their messages do not pose a "real risk" to people.
