The arrested is Manabu Saito, a former employee of Sunny Life Itabashi, a paid nursing home in Itabashi-ku, Tokyo.

According to the Metropolitan Police Department in October last year, when a resident woman in her 70s tried to get up from a chair, she was suspected of being injured as having been pushed down several times by a chair and severely injuring her hip.
