American researchers warned in a study published by "The Indian Times" against continuing to consume milk if some signs appear, including:

Feeling tired most of the time

Milk contains opioid particles that make us feel sleepy, but scientifically this does not mean that it will make us sleep well, because it is difficult to digest milk, which strains the body while trying to produce energy to break it down; this, in turn, disrupts the sleep cycle.

For better sleep, try Tryptophan-rich fruits and vegetables such as broccoli, sweet potatoes, bananas, and apples.

Acne

Several studies have shown that skim milk increases the severity of acne among adolescents, and some studies blame dairy products for affecting hormones such as insulin and IGF-1, and low-fat milk may negatively affect skin health.

Difficulty digestion

A study indicates that 65-70% of the world's population suffers from lactose intolerance, and it is difficult for them to digest cow's milk, which may cause problems such as bloating, nausea, gas, and diarrhea on a regular basis, and it is best to stop drinking milk.

Pains that appear to come from nowhere:

Since milk is highly acidic, it causes inflammation that damages the joints and muscles, and one study indicates that those who exercise and have difficulty recovering from muscle pain should reduce the consumption of dairy products, especially milk.

Brain Fog:

Brain fog or foggy thinking is not a disease in itself, but rather a mental disorder that affects an individual's ability to think or focus, and may cause memory and mental mystery problems.

Even if there are many other causes of this condition, excessive consumption of dairy products may also be a cause of brain fog due to the high casein protein level in milk, causing a false feeling of complacency.

Some studies suggest that reducing milk consumption can help fight depression.

Allergy and other skin diseases:

Because of similar early symptoms, such as constipation or diarrhea and stomach ache, milk allergy and lactose intolerance can be confused.

The consumption of milk results in allergies and various skin diseases, including eczema, so its consumption should be reduced to ensure that such cases improve.

High cholesterol in the blood:

Cholesterol is produced directly in the bloodstream from the diet, and 100 grams of regular cow's milk contains 10 grams of cholesterol, which makes eating more milk per day dangerous.

Easily break bones:

Calcium is essential for bone growth and health, especially during childhood; however, dairy products or animal proteins in general are acidic, which reduces the body’s absorption of calcium, so consuming large amounts of milk increases the risk of fractures easily.

Your body is drug resistant and does not recover quickly:

Although milk itself should not be blamed, but one study has shown that antibiotics given to cows may indirectly affect health.

On the one hand, the drug is vital to the health of animals, but on the other hand it causes the development of anti-microbial bacteria.
