The Dubai Culture questionnaire reflected the index’s approach to form a complementary and consistent view of the conceptions of the creative communities of the emirate, and it was based on criteria for the “purpose” and “experience” dimensions as defined by the index, in order to reach a clear understanding of the perceptions of residents in the UAE about the creative sector in Dubai.
