According to the Saitama Prefectural Police, the police officer met a couple of friends at a restaurant in Utsunomiya on the 17th and drank alcohol, and one of them drove a car to drive.

Saitama Prefectural Police decided to discipline police officers and disciplined them for one month on January 27, and resigned as a police officer.
