According to Dubai’s attorney, Jumana, as a result of her dissatisfaction with the plastic surgery she performed in one of the clinics known for her reputation among celebrities, took revenge that offended the clinic and the doctor who made some frills on the features of her face, so she used the internet sites to defame the clinic and the doctor, as well as on her personal account on the social media program "Instagram", so everything turned against Jumana because of the insults and insults she wrote.
Jumana was fined by the court the amount of 5 thousand dirhams after the clinic resorted to the "complaining party" of the judicial authorities, where it was directed to the Public Prosecution of the accused misdemeanor through information technology, and is punishable by articles (1, 20/1, 41, 42) of Federal Law No. (5) for the year 2012, and its amendments 2018, regarding combating information technology crimes.
The Dubai Prosecution, on its page, confirms on "Instagram": "The websites and programs of the information network do not use a method to distort, abuse and insult, because this exposes you to legal accountability and financial fine, and it is better to resort to the competent authorities to deal with medical issues."
