An American man stormed a terminal at Sarasota Bradenton Airport, Florida, with a truck he was driving at high speed.
Surveillance cameras showed the moments when a pickup truck drove into the baggage parlor Thursday morning, according to US media.
In other footage, the vehicle appears to be smashing the wall of the hall, up to the reception desk, where the truck almost hit two employees, but they immediately lay down on the floor.
The accident caused severe damage to the airport facilities and scattered debris throughout the place.
The US authorities said that the driver, who was seen recklessly driving, stormed the outer fence from the airport before entering its facilities.
It was not known why the truck commander acted, or whether he did so under the influence of a drug.
