Accepted from today's first New Year's card today 15:04 on December 15

New year's cards for next year (for 2 years old) will be accepted all over the country on the 15th.

In front of next year's Tokyo Olympics and Paralympics, this year, a special New Year's card with a donation that will receive a pair ticket for the opening or closing ceremony of the Olympics will be prepared.

The first prize can be chosen from cash of 300,000 yen or electronic money of 310,000 yen.

The number of New Year's postcards issued was approximately 2,560 million last year, down from a peak of 4,460 million in 2003 to less than two-thirds.

Based on the increasing number of people greeting New Year at SNS, Japan Post says, “I want all generations to enjoy New Year's cards, which can be said to be Japanese culture.”

Also, in order to deliver on New Year's Day, we are calling for throwing up to the 25th of this month.
