Pasona Group to hire 300 full-time employees in support of ice age generation at work 12 December 08:08

Pasona Group, a major human resources service company, has decided to hire 300 people as full-time employees in order to support the people of the so-called job age. We are planning to get a job in Awajishima, Hyogo Prefecture, where our group is located.

The Pasona Group announced a plan to hire 12 full-time employees at a 12 diary conference. Although the age does not matter, now that the employment of new graduates was particularly difficult, it is now centered on the so-called ice age generation of employment in the mid-30s to mid-40s.

From April 1 next year, it will be adopted by group subsidiaries, and after about half a year of training, it will be assigned to various occupations such as the group's tourism base in Awaji Island, Hyogo Prefecture, and the sales and management department of restaurants.

We are also planning to work at group sales offices around the country through the so-called “UIJ turn”. Meanwhile, the number of new graduates will be reduced to about half.

The representative of the Pasona Group, Yasuyuki Nambu, said at the press conference, "If you use people from the ice age, they will be a great help in resolving labor shortages and overconcentration in Tokyo."

As support for the generation during the ice age, the government has been focusing on mid-career recruitment for national civil servants for three years from the next fiscal year.
