The company "WhatsApp" revealed that the messaging application will stop working on "Windows" smartphones at the end of this month, as the application will not and will not be available as of December 31, according to the British "The Sun" website.
The company has announced that the application will not be available in the "Microsoft Store" after July 1, 2019.
The procedure includes other devices in addition to "Windows" devices, as the application stops working on many smartphones, iPhones and some devices that are running "Android" next year.
Whereas, "Whats Eye" will stop working as of February 1, 2020 on mobile devices with Android versions 2.3.7, in addition to the iPhone devices on iOS 8 or earlier.
Microsoft decided to end support for Windows phone software due to a lack of market penetration, while failing to attract the attention of application developers.
