According to the 11th Regional Coast Guard Headquarters, after 4:30 am on the 4th, off the Senkaku Islands in Okinawa Prefecture, two new ships of the Chinese Coast Guard successively joined the connected water area just outside the Japanese territorial waters. A total of three vessels are sailing in the connected waters.
As of 9:00 am on the 4th, the three vessels are sailing approximately 31 kilometers west of the fishing island of the Senkaku Islands, and continue to warn and monitor the Coast Guard Headquarters from approaching the territorial waters.
