Three men, allegedly calling a wire fraud phone call from a car on the highway, were arrested, and the Metropolitan Police Department is investigating that it was to escape the detection. It means that the charges are denied to the investigation.

Although fraudulent telephone calls are usually made from bases such as condominiums, the Metropolitan Police Department is investigating that they were calling while moving to avoid the detection.
