Metropolitan hospital staff arrested on suspicion of sexual assault November 29 20:02
Tokyo District Prosecutor's Office prosecuted the Tokyo Metropolitan Public Prosecutor's Office for Metropolitan Hospital staff arrested for attempting sexual assault on an 18-year-old woman in Adachi City.
In April, the Tokyo Metropolitan Hospital's 25-year-old staff was arrested by the Metropolitan Police Department in October to attempt sexual assault on an 18-year-old woman in Adachi-ku, Tokyo.
The Tokyo District Public Prosecutor's Office was not charged with this employee on the 29th.
Prosecutors have not clarified the reasons for non-prosecution.
