HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has ordered the exemption of 173 UAE nationals from homeowners in the Abu Haila Badira development project. He also confirmed that the Department is coordinating the implementation of the exemption procedures for housing loans with Dubai Real Estate Company (Wasl), which is currently managing the project in Abu Hail, which includes 390 villas owned by 600 citizens, at a total cost of 392 million dirhams.
