JR Utsunomiya Line resumes operation on all lines November 23, 12:40
The JR Utsunomiya Line had been suspended due to the crossing accident between Mazada Station and Oyama Station in Oyama City, Tochigi Prefecture, but resumed operation on the entire line around 0:23 pm.
