Job Gosschalk and the person who accused the former casting director of sexually abusive behavior have reached agreement. Richard Korver, the prosecutor's lawyer, told RTL Boulevard .
The agreement has been reached through mediation.
In a statement that the entertainment program has received from both parties, it is stated that Gosschalk and the person who made the report against him were able to share their views on the events. During the mediation they were able to ask each other questions. After the conversation it was decided to close the case.
What exactly was discussed and who the prosecutor is, will not be disclosed. "In accordance with the mediation rules, none of the parties, their counsel, the mediators or other parties involved can make any statement about the content of the mediation", the statement states. Gerard Spong, Gosschalk's lawyer, agrees with the statement.
OM takes follow-up decision
The Public Prosecution Service (OM) informs RTL Boulevard that a follow-up decision will be taken shortly, but that the wishes of the two parties are expressly taken into account. The outcome of that decision will be announced next week.

He was involved in the casting of many major film and television productions, such as Zwartboek , All Stars , Flikken Maastricht and Baantjer .
