“Speaking in formal language, the stage is design. In general, there are some problems with the regulation of transport on the river, the issue of settlement of the banks. When we were just starting to develop the concept of the river (which is now in full swing, new embankments are being created), we talked a lot about the fact that effective river work is impossible without settling the banks, ”the architect said during a conversation with RT on the fields of VIII St. Petersburg international cultural forum.

According to Kuznetsov, there is already “technical readiness”: architects are engaged in moorings, they are already designing something in the work. So on the embankment of Marc Chagall (in the Danilovsky district), new infrastructure is currently being built, including a berth.

“When a full-fledged launch of this regular transport artery happens, a lot will be connected with observations of coastal settlement. The main thing is that this infrastructure is busy, otherwise it makes no sense to do it, ”he said.

The exact date of completion and the cost of trips along the Moscow River is not yet clear, but it is already known that passengers can use the Troika card.
